For Brad, this chapter has been decades in the making. He spent 25 years working alongside the Thielen family, learning the business firsthand and gaining not only invaluable experience, but a deep appreciation for the quality, hard work, and commitment to community behind the Thielen name.

Long before becoming an owner, Brad was part of Thielen Meats.
For 25 years, he worked closely with the Thielen family, learning the craft, the business and the values behind a name generations of customers have come to know and trust. That experience shaped the way Brad approaches the business today – with respect for what came before and a commitment to maintaining the standards customers expect from Thielen Meats of Little Falls.

Turning a longtime dream into reality took a leap of faith from the whole family. Mandi made the decision to leave her role as a Nursing Supervisor at Essentia Health's Brainerd Clinic and bring her leadership experience, energy and talents to Thielen Meats full time.
Together, Brad and Mandi are building on the foundation that was entrusted to them – not by reinventing what customers already love, but by caring for it, strengthening it and carrying it forward for the next generation.
