Brad
Hi, I’m Brad! I was born and raised right here in Little Falls, Minnesota, where I learned early on the importance of hard work, family, and being part of a strong community.
I started working in the meat industry when I was just 16 years old, and more than 25 years later, it’s still a big part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in nearly every area of the business and learn from some incredible people along the way. One of those people was John Thielen, whose knowledge, work ethic, and dedication left a lasting impression on me and helped shape the values I still carry with me today.
I’m married to my wife, Mandi, and together we have two daughters. My family is a huge part of why I work so hard and why it means so much to me to build something we can all be proud of.
Today, I’m proud to be the owner of Thielen Meats of Little Falls. What started as a job when I was 16 has grown into a lifelong passion. I’m grateful to continue the tradition of quality, hard work, and treating people right while serving the same community, I’ve always called home.

Hi, I’m Mandi, one of the owners of Thielen Meats of Little Falls. I was born and raised in the Twin Cities, but after meeting my husband, Brad, I found my way to the Little Falls area—and I’m so glad I did!
I left my career in nursing to help Brad pursue his dream of owning a meat market. It was a big change, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the very beginning, this community welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. Little Falls may not be where I grew up, but it has truly become home.
My nursing career and the leadership roles I held along the way gave me many skills that I now use at Thielen Meats—although meat cutting is definitely not one of them! Jasmin and I run the office, taking care of everything from advertising and payroll to all the little details that happen behind the scenes.
I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside my husband and help turn his dream into something we can continue building together. For us, Thielen Meats is about much more than selling quality meat. It’s about knowing our customers, supporting our neighbors, giving back to the community, and treating everyone who walks through our doors like a friend.
I’m proud to be part of Thielen Meats and even prouder to call the Little Falls community home.

Hi, I’m Josh, the Store Director here at Thielen Meats of Little Falls! I’ve been in the meat industry for 32 years, including 13 years right here at Thielen Meats.
I was fortunate to work alongside John Thielen for many years, learning from him about meat cutting, sausage making, teamwork, and the importance of taking care of our customers and community. I’ve worked my way from sausage maker to Store Director, doing just about every job along the way. That experience has given me a true appreciation for our hardworking team and everything they do to make Thielen Meats a welcoming place for our customers.
Having grown up in the area, it means a lot to me to serve the same community that helped shape who I am. I’m grateful that my wife and I get to raise our family here and call Little Falls home.
When I’m not at the store, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife and kids, enjoying time with family, or camping whenever we get the chance. Stop in and say hello—I’m always happy to see a familiar face or meet a new one!
Hi, I’m Mitch! I’m the Sausage Department Manager here at Thielen Meats of Little Falls, and I’ve been working in the meat industry for more than 12 years.
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to do a little bit of everything—from cutting whole beef and hogs to processing wild game like deer, bear, and elk. These days, you’ll also find me helping make many of the sausages and other favorites our customers have come to know and love.
One of the things I enjoy most about working at Thielen Meats is being part of a local business where quality, tradition, and taking care of our customers really matter. There’s something special about knowing the people you’re serving and helping them bring home something their family will enjoy.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my wife and two children. Hunting, fishing, and just about anything outdoors are some of my favorite ways to spend my free time.

Hi, I’m Justin. I’ve been part of the Thielen Meats of Little Falls team for the past four and a half years, working as a meat cutter before recently stepping into my new role as Meat Manager.
During my time here, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some incredible people who have taught me a great deal about the meat-cutting industry. The team here has become much more than just coworkers—they’ve become friends—and I truly enjoy working side by side with them every day. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had and look forward to many more years with Thielen Meats of Little Falls.
When I’m not at work, my time is all about family. Whether it’s a simple walk to the park or a bigger adventure, I enjoy making memories with the people who matter most.

Hi, I’m Jasmin! I’ve been part of the Thielen Meats of Little Falls team since the fall of 2020, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to grow, learn, and build some wonderful connections along the way.
I started as a clerk, moved into the Lead Clerk role, and now serve as our Office Administrator. Each position has taught me something new, and I’m incredibly grateful for the people who have taken the time to teach, encourage, and support me throughout the years. I’m especially thankful to Brad and Mandi for believing in me and giving me opportunities to continue growing within the business.
One of the things I appreciate most about Thielen Meats of Little Falls is the strong sense of community. I’m proud to be part of a local business that truly cares about its customers, employees, and the Little Falls area.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my two boys and family—or galavanting off on some kind of adventure.

Hi, I’m Tracy, the Lead Clerk here at Thielen Meats of Little Falls! I have worked in the food industry for five years and have been part of the Thielen Meats team for the past year.
I bring experience in customer service, leadership, and problem-solving to my role, and I enjoy helping our customers and supporting my coworkers each day.
My favorite products are our ribeye steaks and wild rice meatloaf. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, being outdoors, gardening, and making memories with family and friends.
